Final sale items are non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent.

Dispatch the parcel
Send the item back to our fulfillment address in its original packaging with tags attached.
Replacement ships
Upon inspection of the returned item, your replacement will be shipped out within 2–3 business days.
